How the magic will happen

Event Timeline

  • Boat Service

    Time TBC

    To start the event timeline, A boat service will depart taking guests from Slatine

  • To the Venue

    Time 2:55pm

    The boat will arrive with the guests to a dock near the venue

  • At the Venue

    Time 3:00pm

    There will be a short walk from the dock to the venue, You will be greated with a glass of bubbly, now is the time to relax and socialize until the ceremony.

  • The Ceremony

    Time 3:30pm

    The ceremony will be held overlooking the beautiful beach and the clear bay, it will be a short ceremony but it is standing, if you have any issues with this, please let us know beforehand.

  • Appetisers, Cocktails & Pictures

    Time 4:00pm

    Once the ceremony has been completed, it is now the time for appetisers and socializing, the photographer will also be taking photos, we will need to coordinate some group pictures

  • Toast & Speeches

    Time 4:30pm

    After the group photos the time will come for speeches and toasts, no bad language

  • Dinner

    Time 5:00pm

    Dinner time, the dinner service will be a buffet, feel free to eat when you like

The walk to the venue

From the dock to the venue
There will be steps and part gravel road

With traveling on a boat and then arriving at the venue the boat will dock on the far side of the peninsula, there will be a short walk (3 min) to the venue from the dock. this walk will include steps and a small gravel path.

Due to this we advise that you bring flat pair of shoes, at least to get to the venue, you can change into heels once you have arrived
